Call us at (780)-839-4018 or send us a contact submission, and we will have a phone consultation to understand your goals, finding out why this is important to you, what you will be needing from us, and what we can offer you.

We will provide many customizable options and plans, including: How many sessions per week, how long the program will last, do you want to work with a specific trainer? Do you want an accountability coach? Would you like massage sessions to aid your recovery? Would you like us to purchase and delivery healthy meals to you?

Our team is committed to achieving the best possible results for every single person. We personalize our programs for a reason, and wont stop giving you support until you’re completely satisfied.

What to expect

We will administer a PAR-Q test before your first session to determine if you are cleared for physical activity. In addition we will walk through some of your personal goals, and create some additional goals that will greatly help you achieve your dream outcome.

We will then come and bring our equipment for your first session, and conduct an initial fitness assessment. After the assessment at our first visit, our experienced trainer will develop a workout the same day, based on their findings.

After our first visit. We will be hard at work developing a personalized workout plan for your program duration. We hope to be able to give you results so fast, we will have to change the program to fit your progression!

We will work with you, and around your busy schedule to schedule your sessions for times that best work for you. We can schedule months out, or days out. We can get you in as early as 5am and we can get you in at late as 10pm. We are flexible.
